Calling Agent
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships over the phone? We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Calling Agent to support our truck dispatch operations. In this role, you’ll connect with carriers and drivers, negotiate loads, and help keep shipments moving smoothly while representing our company with professionalism and energy.
What You'll Do:
- Call USA-based truck owners and carriers to introduce our dispatch services, explain benefits, and build interest in working with our company.
- Qualify leads, answer basic questions about dispatch operations, and schedule follow-ups or onboard interested carriers for ongoing dispatch support.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to handle cold calls professionally and persuasively.
- Willingness to learn truck dispatch processes and follow calling scripts and guidelines (training will be provided for fresh candidates).
- A positive attitude, consistency, and the ability to handle objections while building rapport with truck owners and carriers.

Timings: 06:00 PM – 3:00 AM
