Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Are you a people-person who loves solving problems and creating happy customers? Apecuts is looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Support Representative to be the voice of our brand and ensure an exceptional experience for every client.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, professionally handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs, provide accurate information about our services, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage and schedule customer appointments using our booking system.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with customers, turning their experience into a lasting memory.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our system.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to help us continuously improve.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or call center).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you’re a great listener and a clear speaker.

  • A patient, empathetic, and positive attitude, even when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Fluency in Urdu and strong working proficiency in English.

Bonus Skills:

  • Previous experience with booking or scheduling software.
  • A genuine passion for the grooming and personal care industry.

Position Details:

Location: Our office in Paragon City, Lahore. View Location
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
